General Ticketing Info:
Refunds and Cancellations:
Twin City Players does not issue refunds.
If your plans change we can reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show if notified at least 24 hours prior to the performance (subject to seat availability) but we cannot issue refunds.
2nd Stage Events are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Comps:
Anyone seeking to use a comp ticket must call the box office to reserve seats.
We cannot retroactively apply a comp to an order.
Comp tickets may not be available for 2nd Stage Events.
Performance Seating:
Seating begins approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. We encourage all patrons to arrive at the theater early.
Due to the small seating capacity of the Twin City Player venues, any unseated tickets are subject to release and resale. Ticket holders are guaranteed admission until ten minutes prior to curtain time, at which time their seats may be released and their tickets voided in the event of a sold-out performance.
We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for released/voided tickets. We ask ticket holders to call the box office as a courtesy to those waiting on the standby list if they are unable to attend.
Waiting List:
If a performance is sold out, patrons in the lobby may request to be placed on the standby list. If seats are available at 5 minutes until curtain time, standby guests will be allowed to purchase tickets on a first come, first served basis, provided that all guests in their party are present. TCP does not guarantee that a show will be held past the published start time; patrons receiving their tickets late will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Latecomers:
We strive to begin our performances on time. To avoid disturbing both the actors and other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
