Philip Markham, a publisher of children’s books, is asked by his business partner, Henry Lodge, if he can borrow his apartment for the evening to gallivant with his latest girlfriend. At the same time, Joanna Markham is persuaded by Linda Lodge to let her borrow the apartment in order to entertain her lover. What nobody knows is that the interior designer also has plans. When the Markhams’ evening out is canceled, it is too late to let any of the parties know and three sets of hopeful lovers all converge on the bedroom at the same time. The situation is further complicated by the arrival of Olive Harriet Smythe, a straight-laced author of children’s books. The frantic efforts of the Markhams to hide the amorous goings-on and, at the same time, sign-up the author, lead to a hectic and hilarious evening.

One strange and dark year long ago, Halloween came early when Cooger and Dark's Pandemonium Shadow Show rolled into Green Town, Ill. As the town clock chimes 3:00, James Nightshade and William Halloway watch a train pull in, but there is no one manning the locomotive and no one in the cars behind. Yet the siren song of a calliope beckons all with impossible dreams and youth regained. First lured by its promises, the two boys will soon discover the diabolical truth about the carnival. Behind the Egyptian mirror mazes and the spooky cast of characters, the cost of wishes can be the stuff of nightmares. Only Jim, Will and Will's father can save the town from the sinister carnival that threatens to destroy it and them.

Three special performances of TCP's 2017 Michigan AACTFest competition piece.
Make it Home was originally produced for Lest We Forget and shares the real-life stories of men and women who lived through World War II. The stories featured in the production are enhanced with the projection of war-time photos, sound effects and music.
The second stage performances will help raise money for the group’s entry into the Michigan AACTFest, a bi-annual play contest for non-professional theater groups. The performances will mirror the cast and crew’s competition piece, with the audience viewing the group assemble the set in under a 10 minutes, perform the production in under 60 minutes and break down the set in under 10 minutes. After each of the performances, patrons are also invited to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. The cast, crew and playwright will also be available for questions during this time.
