Ticket Prices & Policies

Online Ticket Sales:
Click the Ticket image above -- this is the easiest & quickest way to purchase tickets.
Online ticket sales end two hours prior to performances - seats may still be available at the door.
Tickets are held at the Will Call window at the Box Office for pick-up immediately prior to the show.

Phone Ticket Sales:
Call the Twin City Players Box Office 269-429-0400.
Leave your name and phone number. Box office volunteer staff will call you within 48 hours.

​Mainstage Season Pricing & Discounts:
​Fees: There is a $1 charge per ticket for all tickets. This fee is prepaid in the Flex Pass.

  • Adults $17

  • Seniors $15 (60 & older)

  • Students $12 (w/valid ID)

  • Group Discount $14 (12 or more - original order only)

  • Student Group Discount $10 (12 or more - original order only)

  • Children 3 years of age and above must purchase a ticket/seat (student)

2nd Stage Event Pricing:

  • Ticket pricing and fees vary - please see individual event for details

  • Flex Pass cannot be used for 2nd Stage Events

2023-2024 Mainstage Season Flex Pass
Sold 8/1 - 10/31 only

  • $90 for 6 tickets (use all on one show or spread out over the season)

  • Flex Pass can be used for Mainstage Season shows only

  • Flex Pass cannot be used for 2nd Stage in The Studio events or other non-Mainstage events

Ticketing Policies:

​Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Twin City Players does not issue refunds

  • MainStage Season Shows: We can reschedule your tickets for another performance of the same show if discussed at least 24 hours prior to the performance (subject to seat availability) but we cannot issue refunds

  • 2nd Stage Events are non-refundable and seats cannot be rescheduled

Comp & Raffle/Auction Tickets:
Anyone using a comp or raffle/auction ticket must call the box office at 269-429-0400 to reserve seats.
​We cannot retroactively apply a comp to an order.

Seating:
Seating begins approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain. We encourage patrons to arrive at the theater early.
Due to the small seating capacity of Twin City Player venues, any unseated tickets are subject to release and resale. Ticket holders are guaranteed admission until ten minutes prior to curtain time, at which time their seats may be released and their tickets voided in the event of a sold-out performance.
We are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for released/voided tickets. We ask ticket holders who are unavailable to attend to call the box office as a courtesy to those waiting on the standby list.

Night of Performance Wait List:
If a performance is sold out, patrons that are present in the lobby may request to be added to the wait list. If seats are available at curtain time, wait listed guests will be allowed to purchase tickets on a first come, first served basis, provided all guests in their party are present. TCP does not guarantee a show will be held past the published start time; wait list patrons will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. TCP begins a wait list one hour prior to each sold out performance for those waiting in the lobby only. 

Latecomers:
We strive to begin our performances on time. To avoid disturbing both the actors and other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

$250 - $499 - Producer

$500 - $999 - Director

$1,000 & up - Superstar
