Based on Mark Haddon’s bestseller of the same name, “Curious Incident” is about a suburban 15-year-old boy, except Christopher is not your typical teenager.
Amateur detective Christopher is under suspicion for the mysterious death of his neighbor’s dog, Wellington. He records each fact in a book he is writing as he attempts to solve the mystery of who murdered Wellington. He has an extraordinary brain and is exceptional at math, but he is ill equipped to interpret everyday life. He has never ventured alone beyond the end of his road; he detests being touched and distrusts strangers. But Christopher's detective work takes him on a frightening adventure that turns his world upside-down.
Assisting the director are Beth Taylor (assistant director), Dave Goodyear (set), Dan Velez (audio-visual), Matt Davidson (lighting), Susan Plee (costumes), and Peggy Harrington (stage manager). The cast includes Justin Shepard, Caitlin Sampsell, Kraig Kirkdorfer, Meghan Pelkey, Carol Orlaske, Robert Foster, David Womack, Laura Simmons, Sarah Simmons, and Emily Frazier.
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time is presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service Inc.
